New Year's Resolutions
I don't make them! I can't keep them! However, I do ask the Lord for help. He shows me areas where I need to grow in faith and trust. He may tell me "You're not through with last years yet!" Oh, how we hold on to old ways sometimes.
Remember Conviction is meant to convince you. Not condemn you!
Sin separates us from God. Our purpose is to draw closer to him. We need to pray and examine our lives and character. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you an area needing improvement.
Recognise the sin. Find scripture on this sin (at least 10). Memorize the scriptures. Pray! Pray! Pray! Develop the good habit. |
