Glossy Chocolate
Sour Cream Frosting


1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla


In a medium microwave safe bowl;
melt chocolate chips on high for 1 minute; stir.
If necessary, microwave on high for 15 seconds at a time;
stirring after each 15 seconds.
Until thoroughly melted.
Add powdered sugar, sour cream and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Add milk a little at a time for thinner frosting.

About 2-1/2 cups frosting.
