Coating Mix

Dress up your meat with the coating mix.
Dress up your life with Jesus!

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix these ingredients together.
Use as a coating for frying chicken
or other meats that you want coated.

Variations:

Dip meat in buttermilk before coating with flour mixture. Coat meat with flour mixture. Beat 2 eggs & 2 tablespoons of water. Mix dry bread crumbs or 1 cup cornmeal with 2 cups cracker crumbs. Dip flour coated meat in egg mixture; then coat with your crumb mixture. Use same flour mixture but substitute 1 cup cornflake crumbs for flour. Dip in melted butter before coating with crumbs. Use this for baking chicken.
